Getting Started
Do I need a referral to book a session?
No, a referral is not required. However, if you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on sessions.

Yes! I offer a free 10-minute chat to help you determine if we're a good fit.

I work with individuals 16+ and have a special interest in:

What therapy approaches do you use?
I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including:
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Do you provide therapy for children or couples?
I currently see individuals 16 years and older. I do not provide couples therapy but can offer support for relationship-related concerns.
Fees & Rebates
How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are $250 per 50-minute session.
or $280 for outdoor park therapy.
Can I get a Medicare rebate?
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you can receive a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session or $121.35 for outdoor park therapy for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Some private health insurers offer rebates for psychology sessions. Please check with your provider directly.
How Sessions Work
Do you offer in-person therapy?
I offer Telehealth (online video) sessions Australia-wide and outdoor park therapy in Brisbane’s Southside.
How do online sessions work?
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet, a secure video platform. You’ll receive a link before each session—just click to join.
What happens in the first session?
Your first session is about getting to know you, your concerns, and your goals. We'll explore how I can best support you and create a plan together.
Cancellations & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes! Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of harm or a legal requirement to share information. This will be outlined in the consent form and I will discuss this with you further in our initial session.
